One truck. One consignment. No sharing.

When a shipment fills a vehicle on its own — or you'd rather it did — FTL gets a dedicated truck from pickup straight through to drop, with no intermediate load-unload at a hub.

How it works

The process

  1. Book

Share pickup, drop, and approximate load — we match a vehicle size to it.

  2. Load

Truck arrives at pickup, freight is loaded and documented.

  3. Move

Direct run to destination; the docket shows status at each recorded stage.

  4. Deliver

Unloaded and signed for at drop — POD attached to the docket automatically.

FAQs

Common questions about Full Truck Load

When should I choose FTL instead of PTL?
Choose FTL when your load fills most of a vehicle, or when it should travel without being handled at hubs on the way. For smaller loads, PTL is usually more economical — our team will suggest the right option with your quote.
Do I need an e-way bill?
For goods above the e-way bill value threshold, yes. Share your invoice details at booking — invoices above the threshold are flagged so the paperwork is in order before dispatch.
How do I track an FTL shipment?
Enter your docket number on the Track Shipment page. It shows the status updates recorded by our team, and the photo proof of delivery once the shipment is delivered.
